Zaheen spinning ltd is a privately owned company by Mr. A. M.
Badruzzaman Khashroo and his Sons. The company was established in 2008 at
Ghowjara in Araihazar of Narayangonj industrial city, Narayangonj - Bangladesh.
The
company is committed to produce fine quality cotton yarn from different counts,
100%, cotton yarn normal or high bulk. Yarn is used in different end markets
such as knitwear, fabrics, socks and weaving. The company currently has an
estimated annual production capacity of 720 Tons. A. M. Badruzzaman Khashroo, owner
of the company had spent a long time in this field as he was since 25 years. The
company Zaheen spinning ltd bought
a brand new production line from the top line manufacturing suppliers all over
the world. The company always
carries the sense of commitment toward our customers to maintain quality
standards and to win their confidence which to us is the prime reason for our
success day after day and year after year.
Some
days ago, the company offers some share as IPO for RB and NRB. The Subscription
open date was 28th December 2014 and Subscription close date was 04th January
2015. The Subscription date for NRB was 28 December 2014 to 13 January 2015.
The Market lot is 500 units of share and the Single lot price is Tk. 5000.00
