The results of Primary Education Completion (PEC), Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate exams will be published on Dec 31.
As many as 5.6 million fifth and eighth graders took the exams this year.
Education ministry’s Joint Secretary AKM Zakir Hossain Bhuiyan and primary and mass education ministry’s Additional Secretary Md Abdul Jalil told bdnews24.com that the results will be published on the same day, just like last year.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will publish the results that day. According to the custom, the ministers of education and primary education will hand the results to the prime minister.
This year's JSC and JDC exams were held between on Nov 1 and 18 while the PEC exams were held between Nov 22 and 30.
