The
IPO of Simtex Industries Limited has approved by BSEC on June 2015 at 547th
regular meeting. Simtex Industries Ltd will the 41st listed firm that accounts
for more than 4.0 per cent of DSE’s total market capitalization in the textile
sector. Simtex
Industries raises a fund of Tk 600 million or 60.0 crore from the public and
offload 30 million or 3.0 crore ordinary shares.
The
company will use the funds for capital investments, repayment of bank loans,
business development, and working capital and allow the cost of IPO
proceedings.
